Suggestions for improving backup.asciidoc (master)

In prerequisites of backups there is one important information missing:

• Only one backup job can run at once
• Configuration must take care about start point and runtime

Most of the customers do not take care and ask, why my backup jobs are critical in monitoring. This is the point, which they do not take care, because it is missing in documentation.

After some back and forth, I made the decision to update the entire article, because the current state does not properly reflect, how you can or should backup Checkmk sites. This will also tackle the issue raised here. Thanks @sven-ruess for brining it up.

that sounds good. If you want, I can check your work, before it is released. I will be happy if, the new article reflects the current situation. What about our date, where we talk about the possibilities of backups? Is is not needed anymore?
