            <h2>1. Introduction and Acceptable of Terms</h2>
            <ul>
                <li>Welcome to Dash, accesible at <a href="https://dashblocks.org">https://dashblocks.org</a> and from the desktop version available for download on <a href="https://dashblocks.org/desktop">https://dashblocks.org/desktop</a>.</li>
                <li>By creating an Account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and <a href="https://dashblocks.org/privacy">our Privacy Policy</a>. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, then you must not use Dash.</li>
            </ul>
                
            <h2>2. Definitions</h2>
            <ul>
                <li>"Dash" refers to the services at <a href="https://dashblocks.org">https://dashblocks.org</a>, <a href="https://dashblocks.org/extensions">Dash Extensions Gallery</a>, and <a href="https://dashblocks.org/docs">Dash Documentation</a>. This does not include the "Dash IDE" services, such as <a href="https://dashblocks.org/editor">editor</a>, <a href="https://dashblocks.org/packager">Dash Packager</a>, and <a href="https://dashblocks.org/unpackager">Dash Unpackager</a>, but does include the integrated project uploading service.</li>
                <li>"Account" refers to a Dash account, which is needed to access full feature set of Dash.</li>
                <li>"We", "us", or "our" refers to: a) all users with an Account on <a href="https://dashblocks.org">https://dashblocks.org</a> that has been classified as a "Dash Team" on their profile; and b) any person who has administrative access to the Dash servers.</li>
                <li>"You", or "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using Dash.</li>
            </ul>
            
            <h2>3. Account Creation and Maintenance</h2>
            
            <h3>3.1. Account Registration</h3>
            <p>To access certain features of the Dash, such as publishing projects or reacting with fire on projects, you may need to create an Account. To register for an Account, you must provide your username, a password, and an email.</p>
            <p>You may not create an Account if you have been previously terminated or currently suspended from Dash.</p>

            <h3>3.2. Account Responsibilities</h3>
            <p>You are solely responsible for maintaning the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.</p>
            <p>You may not sell or transfer your Account or share it with anyone.</p>
            
            <h2>4. User-Generated Content</h2>
            
            <h3>4.1. Your Content</h3>
            <p>For the purposes of these Terms, "User-Generated Content" or "UGC" refers to any content shared via an Account, such as projects. You retain all ownership rights in your UGC. However, by posting UGC on the Site, you grant Dash a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your UGC in connection with Dash.</p>

            <h3>4.2. Content Standards</h3>
            <p>You are solely responsible for your UGC. You agree not to post UGC that:</p>
            <ul>
                <li>Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.</li>
                <li>Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.</li>
                <li>Violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.</li>
                <li>Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.</li>
            </ul>
            <p>We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove any UGC at our sole discretion, without notice.</p>

            <h3>4.3. UGC Copies Creating</h3>
            <p>Dash allows users to create their own copies of UGC and publish it as their own (a "Fork"). By publishing a Fork directly to Dash, you agree that you have made a modification to at least one area of the project.</p>

            <h2>5. Prohibited Conduct</h2>
            <p>You agree not to:</p>
            <ul>
                <li>Use Dash in any manner that could disable, overbudden, or damage Dash or interfere with any other party's use of Dash.</li>
                <li>Introde any viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.</li>
                <li>Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of Dash, or the server.</li>
            </ul>

            <h2>6. Third-Party Services, Analytics and Cookies</h2>
            <p>Dash uses various third-party services, including analytics providers, such as Google Analytics, to enhance functionality and analyze usage. These services may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.</p>

            <h2>7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY</h2>
            <b>To the maximum extent provided by applicable laws, Dash and Dash IDE are provided as is, without any warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any losses or damages caused by any malfunctions in any service operated by us. USE DASH AT YOUR OWN RISK.</b>
            
            <h2>8. Termination</h2>
            <p>We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of Dash, including your Account, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Dash will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms shall survive termination.</p>

            <h2>9. Changes to Terms</h2>
            <p>We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of Dash thereafter. We will update the "Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Dash following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.</p>
