Mainly read and set the current power status. (Read and set the charge rate mA)

Main goal is, so I can have a script that I can use to easily change the charge rate depending on my need

Most of it happens through this file:

> ls -l /dev/cros_ec

But most of it also accesses SMBIOS:

Being able to access these three files gets you very far.
