[PhotoGallery] Update default Image folder method

The default image folder should be chosen through the use of the [Environment.SpecialFolder enumeration](https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.environment.specialfolder(v=vs.110).aspx)
as in: Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolder.System);
