Sequential size limit increases lead to errors without refreshing ZeroHello between each time.

All the errors with increasing size limits for sites can be avoided by refreshing ZeroHello in between. Obviously this isn't ideal, so do we make ZeroHello quietly update like an unnoticeable page refresh or what?
