Update bundled jQuery version to address older dependency warnings

Hi, thanks for building and maintaining LinkStack!

I'm running the latest Docker image (linkstackorg/linkstack:latest), and security/dependency scans are flagging that the application is bundling an older version of jQuery (v3.3.1).

Would it be possible to bump jQuery to a modern 3.x release in an upcoming version to help keep security scan reports clean?

Valid.

We can try up to 4.x.

We have a bunch of outdated jQuery files actually. We definitely want to make sure we use one version everywhere.

If we get our dependencies de-cluttered we can make this a step in the updater or just the build process.
