Incorrect textures for some ores

Various ores no longer have the appropriate quartz-like texture, presumably following #8 .

Ores known to have this problem so far are:

• Salt
• Rock Salt
• Lepidolite
• Oilsands

On investigation this seems to be caused by the removal of the ore texture for the SAND material set.

Since there is no texture, it passes up through parent textures to FINE which also lacks an ore texture, then in turn passes to its parent DULL which has an ore texture.

This may affect other ores as well, since ore overlay textures were removed from a dozen or so material sets in the aforementioned PR.
