Images displayed in right bottom part instead of full screen after taping on it

Android version: 10
Steps:

1. Capture photo using camera
2. Open Gallery
3. Tap on the captured photo
4. Observe the photo displayed cropped in the bottom right part

Additional Notes:

1. The recorded video displayed correctly
2. The issue reproducible for all captured/received images/
