Extension Release build problem

Hi All, I have written a simple extension using what I call the Mads framework, what it does ,is, insert some text in the code editor TextBuffer at line one,
all works as expected when I build it as Debug, in Release it fails to register unless I uncheck Optimise code in the Release build properties. I can paste all the code if you want to see it but at this point I thought I'd keep the question focussed on the scenario
