gcc安装，还是一直编译失败，感觉是环境问题，但是gcc环境可以运行

从这里下载 https://nim-lang.org/download/mingw64.7z 然后解压缩，将里面的bin目录添加到环境变量中

感谢师傅，这个没问题了，是因为我使用nim中的fish安装mingw安装两种方法，导致环境问题。目前只能使用你编译好的codeloader，自己使用c#编译会报错，应该还是环境问题
