Background

A follow up for #2980

Dependent on #3055 and #3056

This issue captures work required to drop using following tables in the services codebase.

1. auction_prices
2. auction_orders
3. surplus_capturing_jit_order_owners
4. solver_competition

AFAICS we did not migrate the historic data in to the new tables. It's unclear whether this is actually a blocker or if we can rewrite the existing queries to read data from the new tables instead of the old ones.

For reference it looks like this would shrink the mainnet DB alone by ~70%.

Given the dependencies on other teams this is roughly the plan to finish this issue:

step 1
migrate service away from surplus_capturing_jit_order_owners, auction_orders
nobody depends on that, can be done immediately
manually add GIN index on competition_auctions::orders on all networks to make flyway migration a no-op
keep tables around for rolling release

step 2
wait for solver team to stop using auction_prices
either add GIN index on `competition_auctions::tokens` or refactor token metadata endpoint to fetch a fresh native price
migrate service away from table
keep old table for rolling release

step 3
wait for frontend team to stop using solver name in status endpoint
migrate serivce away from solver_competition table
keep old table for rolling release

step 4
drop all unused tables at once (auction_orders, auction_prices, surplus_capturing_jit_order_owners, solver_competition)
