Feature request: Allow hydra-like feature where it deactivates if you press a key that's not set in the keymap

After the mode, sometimes I want to get into motion immediately instead of having to press <esc> first. Would be nice to allow a feature where pressing keys outside of the keymap will deactivate the layer. You could name it "sustain mode" or something.
