Subject: [PATCH] docs(readme): add Pilion Browser cross-link

Mirror orca-agent's "Use Orca from Pilion Browser" section for Blade:
pick Blade in Pilion's Agent panel, it launches `blade --acp`, forwards
model API keys, and exposes its tabs as MCP tools with approval and
human takeover. Added to both README.md and README.en.md.
