Two loading spinners are displayed

Describe the bug

• When using a recent version of this library and @formio/js two loading spinners are displayed for a single form.

To Reproduce

This is actually a side effect of wrapping your in <React.StrictMode>. React.StrictMode is a dev only feature that mounts, unmounts, and then remounts to find side effect bugs. Because forms are loaded asynchronously the loading icon is seen twice here because of React.StrictMode.
