Subject: [PATCH] Definition quote: drop the Cheat Sheet button; match body
 text size and line height

The citation link already points at the Cheat Sheet, so the button was redundant. The quote now inherits the page's body font size and line height (16px / 25.6px) instead of 1.12em / 1.75.
