Tell us what you do and what brought you here. The useful bits, if you are willing:

• Your field and your organisms — soil fungi, gut microbiomes, pond eDNA, whatever it is.
• The shape of your data: how many samples, runs, read depths, which primer pair.
• What made you try a tool like this, and what you were using before.
• What worked immediately, and what hurt.

One courtesy that makes every reply better: mention the tool versions your run used. Each run records them in its attestation.yml — pasting the versions block from it is the short way.
