Add LPC8xx support

The tool doesn't recognize the LPC845.

$ nxpprog --control --binary="main.bin" --eraseonly --device="/dev/ttyUSB2"
INFO:root:cpu=autodetect osfreq=16000 device=/dev/ttyUSB2 baud=115200
ERROR:root:Cannot autodetect from device id 33876(0x8454), set cpu name manually

I would like to erase/flash LPC845 (and LPC804).
Would it be easy to add the parameters for this chip family?

FYI: This other tool supports the LPC8xx family, but doesn't seem to control the RTS and DTR pins as I require: https://github.com/snhobbs/isp-programmer
