On `src/cli/domain/package-components.js` there's two TODO on the compileOptions about adding `logger` and `watch` (see [here](https://github.com/opencomponents/oc/blob/7ebdcc7bcd7398f265c3e30137f6e3f0f92ac948/src/cli/domain/package-components.js#L44)). I'm creating an issue for this so we can remove the TODO from comments and leave discussion here.
