Swap out `ml/json-ld` dependency with one that is maintained (required for PHP 8.4)

ml/json-ld hasn't been updated for 3 years and may have been abandoned. The PR for PHP 8.4 compatibility has gone unmerged for many months.

This means anyone running embed/embed with PHP 8.4 will get deprecation warnings, even though embed/embed itself is completely compatible with PHP 8.4. In the future things could start breaking outright.

I recommend finding a maintained alternative for the ml/json-ld dependency.

It looks like they merged a fix for this, but it hasn't been released yet. Also, our dependency is for an older version of ml/json-ld than the current one.

"the current one" hasn't been tagged - I would hesitate to use a branch reference instead of normal tag constraints.
The most recent tag in that library was 3 years ago.

I still recommend migrating to a different dependency.

Any update here?
E.g. https://github.com/lanthaler/JsonLD/blob/master/Graph.php#L49 is not compatible with PHP 8.4 (should be ?DocumentInterface).
