Static files without copy/paste not working

Hi,

I'm using Mezzio and added phpdebugbar, as explained at mezzio website.

If I manually copy vendor files to public folder, everything works.
After PR #3 this should work without copying the files, right?

I'm missing something?

I'm using php built-in server.
