Subject: [PATCH] Pin pymdown-extensions below 12.2 to fix docs build

pymdown-extensions 12.2 made md a required argument of
Highlight.__init__. mkdocstrings 0.18.1 does not pass it, so
mkdocs build fails with a TypeError.
