Automatic credits for reviews don't work

Tested on GHSA-hfwv-qwxj-m55v in this job, it made no updates, ignoring my recent review on the remediation PR.

Perhaps the GitHub App's installation token can't see the temporary private fork repo (for the case above, the fork is at python/cpython-ghsa-hfwv-qwxj-m55v)? Can an @python/organization-owners please check this (if possible, I'm not sure what information is in the bot and or repository settings?).
