Some feature that I think would be nice to have #574

Thanks for this, and good to hear it is useful for practice. That is what it was built for. Your first point is in. The count-in is no longer fixed at one bar. There is a dropdown in the click panel with off, one, two and three bars, and it carries through to exports as well. The other two are still open. The library view is the one I keep circling. You are right that the current layout gets congested on a smaller screen, and a proper list you click into would fix both that and the browsing problem at once. Nothing to show yet. The rhythm and lead guitar split is a model question rather than a UI one. StemDeck uses Demucs htdemucs_6s, which produces one guitar stem, so a second one would need a different model. There is a lead and backing split already, but it runs on vocals, using a karaoke model. Whether the same trick works on guitar is worth a look and I have not tried it. Leaving this open for those two. |

First of all very impressed with StemDeck. Awesome! I would like to see following features which would make it even better in my opinion for folks like me who will use it to practice instruments.
Ability to set the number of Clicks the Count-In should be. Currently it is limited to 4 clicks.
Library view like Moises, with editable metadata and upon clicking the song name it goes to the song waveforms view. This will also simplify the current view which becomes very congested on a smaller screen.
Currently a single stem is created for Guitar. Would love to see 2 stems for Guitar - Rhythm Guitar and Lead Guitar - like Moises. This will allow to mute either one of them when playing/practicing guitar with StemDeck
Ability to selected a portion of a single stem and mute it. This allows for playing/practicing the instrument for the portion that is muted. Even more useful in absence of docs: add hero screenshot, tidy gitignore #2 above.
Moises as part of their Beta player release have added a very good section dedicated to Chords.
