Abbreviations 'hr' and 'hrs' for hour unit missing in time_units

I often see abbreviations 'hr' and 'hrs' used, and while for seconds and minutes such abbreviations are present, for hours they are missing. It seems quite trivial to add them to the time_units tuple in humanfriendly/__init__.py.
