Summary
Add an Instinct setup guide and a reusable Pine skill for agents using Pine's existing user APIs. The skill supports Socket.IO for live updates and REST for HTTP-only environments; Python and native skill installation are not required.
install/instinct.mdas the setup entry point.skills/pine/SKILL.mdandreferences/phone-tasks.md, reusing the existing MCP phone-task guidance. Cover email authentication, secure token storage, task progress, form replies, stopping tasks, and recovery from uncertain requests. This is a documentation-only change. SDK runtime behavior and defaults are unchanged.
API documentation availability
The OpenAPI and AsyncAPI links temporarily point to documentation hosted on staging. Authentication, HTTP requests, Socket.IO connections, and task pages continue to use production at
https://www.19pine.ai. The skill explicitly resolves the OpenAPI contract's relative/apiserver against production, independently of the documentation host. The linked contracts must be available before setup can complete. Their URLs will be updated when production documentation is available.
Validation
git diff --checkpassed.PYTHONPATH=src python -m pytest tests/protocol -q: 84 passed using local fixtures and a simulated transport; no live connection.
