feat(engine): serve DELETE /v1/nodes/:name on the self-host engine - #562

Conversation
openapi.yaml and relay.nodes.delete() already publish this contract (AgentWorkforce#380), but only relaycast-cloud implemented it, so self-hosted rosters could only grow (AgentWorkforce#353). Resolves the node by exact id, then name. Unforced, it refuses an online node (node_online, including a heartbeat skewed into the future or a socket connected to this isolate) or one hosting actions (node_has_actions). Those guards also ride the DELETE statement, so a heartbeat or action registration that lands mid-delete returns node_delete_conflict instead of dropping live state. force=true deletes regardless and reports cascaded_actions. Bindings, providers and hosted actions cascade; agent, delivery and invocation references are cleared by the existing FKs.

- Look the node up by its resolved id only inside the node lock. Falling back to a name there could delete a different node whose name equals the id after a concurrent delete. - Run markNodeOffline first so hosted agents lose liveness and open invocations are rescheduled while the node and its actions still exist; fail any invocation the settle could not move (node_deleted). - Delete forced actions explicitly in the same atomic write as the node and report cascaded_actions from the rows actually removed. - README: force=true deletes an online node and its hosted actions; it does not disconnect it.

- Replace the unconditional markNodeOffline with claimNodeOffline + claim-scoped settleNodeOffline, and only for a row that still reads online. A lost claim means another isolate refreshed the node, so the delete returns node_delete_conflict before touching providers, agents or invocations. - The unforced DELETE matches only the liveness epoch the checks or the claim observed, so a later heartbeat or registration leaves the row. - Fail open invocations still bound to the node or to one of its actions (including ones parked pending by the settle) with node_deleted, in the same atomic step as the delete, mirroring deleteAction. - Pass the engine's completion deps so the delete emits node.status.offline and action.failed like the disconnect and action-delete paths.
- Fail open invocations, take located agents offline, remove forced actions and delete the node in one runAtomicWrites group (a transaction, or a D1 batch), with every statement conditioned on the node DELETE still matching. A conflict leaves nothing half-cleaned and a commit leaves no open invocation whose references the FKs erased. - Agents located on a node that already reads offline (bind allows an offline target) now lose liveness with the delete instead of staying active with no route.

Addresses #353.
openapi.yamlandrelay.nodes.delete()have documentedDELETE /v1/nodes/:namesince #380, but only relaycast-cloud implements it. The open-source engine returns 404, so on a self-hosted deployment node rows still can't be removed. This PR adds the route to the engine and follows the published contract exactly, so no SDK or OpenAPI change is needed.Behavior
:nameparameter is matched as an exact node id first, then as a name.force=true, the request is refused with409in two cases:node_online: the node is live. This includes a heartbeat timestamped in the future (possible clock skew) and a node socket connected to this isolate.node_has_actions: the node hosts registered actions.DELETEstatement'sWHEREclause. If a heartbeat or action registration lands between the checks and the delete, the delete removes nothing and the route returnsnode_delete_conflictinstead of dropping newly live state. A single statement is used becauserunAtomicis not isolated on D1.force=truedeletes the node regardless and reports how many actions went with it incascaded_actions.200 { id, name, deleted: true, cascaded_actions }.ON DELETE CASCADEforeign keys. Agent, delivery and invocation references to the node are cleared by the existingSET NULLforeign keys.serializeNodeOp, the same as provider removal.A force-deleted live node's socket is not closed. Its next frame fails node-token auth because the row no longer exists. The registry has no disconnect method, and adding one is out of scope here.

Touches node lifecycle, agent location, and in-flight action invocations with concurrency guards; mistakes could strand work or delete live nodes without force checks.
Overview
Self-hosted engines now implement
DELETE /v1/nodes/:name, matching the OpenAPI/SDK contract that previously only worked on relaycast-cloud, sorelay.nodes.delete()can prune dead nodes instead of getting 404.The route resolves id before name, requires a workspace key, and runs under
serializeNodeOp. Withoutforce=true, deletes are rejected with 409 (node_online,node_has_actions) when the node is live or hosts actions; guarded atomic deletes returnnode_delete_conflictif state changes mid-flight.force=trueremoves the node and hosted actions and reportscascaded_actions.The new
deleteNodeengine path takes online nodes offline via the same claim/settle flow as connection loss, then atomically fails open invocations withnode_deleted, marks located agents offline, deletes hosted actions, and removes the node row.emitFailedInvocationEffectsis exported fromaction.tsso callers can emitaction.failedafter those failures. Docs and changelogs are updated; conformance tests cover auth, force, races, and cascade behavior.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 8cf8837.
