[PWGLF] Add occupancy column in hypertriton tables

Main updates:

1. Add occupancy column to hyper candidates table
2. Fix the collision index of hyper candidates with CollisionID
3. Fix the generated MC candidates PV information
4. Fixing the o2linter issue(Notice: name of the output AO2D branch would be updated)
