Clarify fn double-fire symptom in Globe Key Override messaging - #268

The Shortcut footer shown when fn is the dictation key named the macOS
setting GlobeKeyOverride changes ("Press 🌐 key to" → Do Nothing) and a
log-in timing caveat in one dense sentence, with "to stop 🌐 firing
sooner" assuming the reader already knew the globe key fires anything.
Lead with the symptom instead: until the next log-in, fn may also open
the emoji picker or Apple Dictation, and Keyboard Settings fixes that
now. Update the engine doc comment, README and AGENTS.md sentences that
describe what the footer says.

Reframes the
GlobeKeyOverrideuser-facing messaging to lead with the observable symptom (fn may also open emoji picker or Apple Dictation until next login) rather than the technical implementation detail (macOS setting name). This makes the message more actionable and less mysterious to users.Updates documentation across four files to reflect this messaging change:
