Optional Hermes shell hooks and a consent gate for gstack, pstack, tstack, and gbrain. A default install still adds no hooks and no external route. The idle index stays 204.
HSTACK_VERSION=0.1.0still fetches/dl/hstack-v0.1.0.tar.gz. The site build copies those bytes fromsite/vendor/dl/and does not rebuild them./dl/hstack.tar.gzand/dl/hstack-v0.2.0.tar.gzare the new archive. The site is not deployed from this change.Design notes are in
