/dlarchives stay byte for byte. The build copiessite/vendor/dl/hstack-v0.2.0.tar.gz, the file hstack.sh already serves (c16dfee4cd2841939a97a5cebf816c3fc3e8d71e28f2f1874639ea539ea20810), and does not rebuild it.hstack-v0.2.1.tar.gzis vendored the same way (61108ad0d5f54ffa2f42ce91ee50758fc459eca7520ba6a1956353678c3c7816)./dl/hstack.tar.gzis a copy of that 0.2.1 file. New archives use a fixed mtime, sorted names, owner 0/0, andgzip -n. CI fails if a vendored sha256 drifts or if two builds differ.--uninstallnow writesconfig.yamlbackups to$HERMES_HOME/hstack-backups/, outside the directory it deletes./docsand/integrationsnote that Hermes shell hooks arrived in 0.2.0.The site is not deployed from this change. Until the next deploy, the live alias is still the 0.2.0 bytes.
