ci(mobile): package an iOS simulator app - #156

Conversation
Adds a manually triggered (and v*-ios tag) job that initializes the Tauri iOS project and builds a debug simulator app on a macOS runner, then uploads it. Simulator builds need no Apple certificate. Device archives, IPA export and TestFlight need Apple credentials this repository does not hold, so they stay out of scope. The job also runs when this workflow file changes, so the pull request that introduces it is its verification run.

Summary
iOS Packageworkflow (manual dispatch,v*-iostags, and changes to the workflow itself) that runspnpm tauri ios initandpnpm tauri ios build --ci --debug --target aarch64-simon a macOS runner, then uploads the.appastaleno-ios-simulator.docs/MOBILE_DEVELOPMENT.md.Why simulator builds
Simulator builds need no Apple certificate or provisioning profile, so this is the only iOS packaging path that can be verified without credentials. Device archives, IPA export and TestFlight need an Apple signing certificate, provisioning profile and App Store Connect access; that is a separate step and needs material this repository does not have.
Verification
