Inline frozen bincode-serialized Keyshare<EdwardsPoint> bytes (captured 2026-09-01 from @bitgo/sdk-lib-mpc@10.18.0) and add regression tests that pass them through DSG and verify the resulting Ed25519 signature via libsodium. If wasm-mps changes its bincode layout, DSG round 0 throws and CI catches the breaking change before it reaches production. Ticket: WCI-1476
