Purpose

Reuse native binaries with the FMU calibration contract, and complete the PR stack’s review fixes so missing calibration fails explicitly and maneuver limit exits retain usable results.

Changes

  • Add the native builder and cross-runtime verifier, reject noneditable overrides, retain provenance, and check calibration dependencies and reuse against rebuilt artifacts.
  • Supply explicit calibration in bearing, neutral-axle and road-friction fixtures. Keep required production calibration fields without implicit zero defaults.
  • Restore normal termination for maneuver limits and settling timeouts. Export terminationStatus to distinguish settled results, limits and timeouts; invalid settings still fail.
  • Run the full component/contract/Python suite in a dedicated PR CI job with retained JUnit results.
  • Complete physical-record migration mappings and document the changed vehicle defaults with a reproducible old-versus-new ramp, acceleration and braking comparison.

Validation

Seven new full-vehicle exit-status tests passed. The local additional suite completed with 970 passes and eight skips; its missing-NumPy and missing-road-calibration failures both passed targeted retests after correcting the environment and fixture respectively. The affected initialization snapshot was updated only after verifying that terminationStatus=0 was the sole added numeric variable and all existing initialized values remained within the unchanged tolerances.

Final-revision PR CI passed all five jobs on f35fa2f, including 984 passed / 6 skipped / 0 failed component checks. Five skips are exercised by the separate FMU job; the remaining calibration rebuild comparison requires explicitly supplied matching artifacts. The full release gate is still running its final component stage; translation, initialization, physics, signal and FMU stages passed.

Vehicle comparison and its scope. Complete architecture-catalog artifact acceptance and exhaustive rendered-diagram acceptance remain outside these results.
