DO NOT MERGE

This is part of the CAAPIM → Broadcom migration plan. It must stay on hold until the actual GitHub org transfer from CAAPIM to broadcom is complete. Opened as a draft for exactly that reason.

Summary

  • Renames the Go module from github.com/caapim/layer7-operator to github.com/broadcom/layer7-operator.
  • Updates go.mod, all 90 import sites, the kubebuilder PROJECT file (repo: + 5 path: entries), and both OLM CSV files — the source (config/manifests/bases/...) and the checked-in generated copy (bundle/manifests/...).
  • Deliberately out of scope (left as caapim): the docker.io/caapim/layer7-operator image reference (confirmed staying as the default image), and README/Chart.yaml/doc references — those belong to the post-transfer doc sweep, not this module-path rename.

Updates go.mod, all 90 import sites, the kubebuilder PROJECT file
(repo: + 5 path: entries), and both OLM CSV files (source at
config/manifests/bases/ and the generated copy at bundle/manifests/)
from github.com/caapim/layer7-operator to github.com/broadcom/layer7-operator.

Out of scope here (left as caapim, per the migration plan): the
docker.io/caapim/layer7-operator image reference, and doc/README/
Chart.yaml references — those are a separate post-transfer sweep.

Part of the CAAPIM -> Broadcom migration plan, Phase 9. This PR must
not merge until Phase 8 (the actual GitHub org transfer) is complete.
