Note that if we want to use this workflow, we'll need to add an env with a Hex API key secret to the mix hex.publish --yes job step.
If we'd rather hand-publish this package, we can remove this workflow from the PR.

These are derived from some of our existing projects and will allow us to more easily test and publish new versions of this package to Hex.
