Local-first ham radio dashboard that runs on your own machine, on your own network, and talks to nobody you did not name. Built on a snapshot architecture: a collector polls on a fixed schedule and writes atomic JSON, and the web server only ever reads bytes off disk — so no inbound request can steer an outbound fetch.
