Advance client and server source defaults to 3.2.0 and collect the changes since the published 3.1.0 baseline into the English changelog and equivalent English/Chinese release notes. Retain hexproof.v2 and Forge adapter 34; correct the compatibility guide to identify 3.1.0 as the released baseline.
