Use Codex Sol for coordination and independent routine review, Astra for high-risk design/review, agy/Cursor for primary development, and GLM/DeepSeek for supplementary work. Add concise risk-based quality and dispatch rules while preserving exact-candidate review, local verification, guarded merges and release qualification.
Separate the owner-approved team allowlist from contribution-specific provider permissions. Existing OpenAI-only feedback stays on its approved Codex route. Client disclosure and receiver configuration remain unchanged; broader feedback processing requires a coordinated, separately authorized rollout.
Validation:
git diff --check, example JSON parsing, andpython3 -m unittest discover -s tools/tests -p test_feedback_config.py(11 passed). Required verification passed. All five developer models completed native calls on the development workstation; operational evidence is retained privately. No application release or service deployment is included.
