Published feedback could remain absent from Multica when native webhook history was unavailable, while delivered tasks still followed Default's member-acceptance exit. Add bounded public-feedback/native-association reconciliation to the existing daily operation and document project-scoped AI-owned completion with unchanged independent review and verified delivery requirements.
Preserve blocked/deferred states, historical provider permissions and cancellation/removal boundaries. Checkpoints stay in native Autopilot results; compact handoffs and exact metadata reads reduce repeated history loading. No scheduler, model adapter, application code, release or game-server deployment is added.
Validation: whitespace/example JSON checks and 11 feedback configuration tests passed. Independent AI review approved head

The two intended project workflows were applied without status remapping or global Default changes. Real source-complete tasks and the independent reviewer task completed through native AI-owned done transitions. After integration, one maintenance invocation of existing daily reconciliation scanned 10 public issues / 9 feedback cases, verified all nine associations and persisted a complete checkpoint with no new duplicate dispatch. A separate native metadata readback confirmed nine unique canonical cases. Existing trigger identities/schedules, model/effort settings and historical feedback policies were preserved. The observed scan is one page; large-backlog/concurrency and native historical-delivery replay remain separate qualification limits. Operational evidence is private.
