Part 6 readers need a direct route from each quantitative visual to its measurements and reproduction instructions. This adds a visual-by-visual measurement index, links it from the quotes benchmark README, and refreshes the global chart guide with the accepted Databricks integration and downloadable evidence.
The index covers all 17 quantitative visuals, including the separate CPU-core and horizontal-scaling experiments. Measurement package dependencies are #44, #45, and #46; their README visual-number updates were pushed to those existing PR branches so this PR remains focused on navigation and the global guide.
Validation: 200 relative file and heading links checked across main and the three dependency branches; repository hygiene and git diff checks passed. Reader display reproduction, all 35 writer derivations, and the 39-file / 526-file package checksum checks also passed after the README updates.
