fix(source_type): lowercase AI_upscaling.json filename

Term filenames must be lowercase. This PR renames source_type/AI_upscaling.json to ai_upscaling.json, matching its id. File content is unchanged.

esgvoc 6.3.0 will reject mixed-case term filenames at build time, so this is needed before the next obs4ref release.
