Hover and drag used to thicken the composer grabber from 4px to 6px. Keep the size stable and use Primary-600 for the active color.

Changes

The handle still turns primary on hover, keyboard focus, and drag. Only :focus-visible still grows it to 6px, so keyboard focus stays obvious without the pointer states jumping.
