Releases now include a standalone generate-score.js download next to dist.tar.gz. Same packed scorer that already ships in the tarball.

The floating prerelease alias gets it too, so both channels have a direct URL.

The pack step already writes dist/generate-score.js. This change uploads that path as a second asset on the versioned release and the alias.

Testing

1. After merge, cut a versioned release (stable or pre-release).
2. On the release page, confirm two assets: dist.tar.gz and generate-score.js.
3. Download generate-score.js and run node generate-score.js with no arguments. It should exit 1 and print usage.
4. Confirm the floating prerelease release also has both assets.
