Apparently you don't need to install zlib manually anymore, since Don't merge this yet until I will squash the commits once I get back home. |

This is basically a redo of #959, since I have made pr(krdlab/setup-haxe#90) in the
krdlab/setup-haxerepo months ago and it finally uses Node 24 but only on v2.1.0 or newer, so I'm no longer getting confused.
