- ConfigReader submodule updated to v2.0.0, its tests disabled in 3rdparty
- -Wall -Wextra -Wpedantic -Werror (/W4 /WX on MSVC) for library, test and example
- ObjectDetectorParams: explicitly defaulted default and copy constructors to fix -Wdeprecated-copy; operator= and exported symbols unchanged
- ObjectDetectorParams::encode: size_t loop index over class names
- example: mark unused parameters [[maybe_unused]]
- test: add missing include, size_t loop indexes, return non-zero exit code on failure
- README: version, changelog row, ObjectDetectorParams declaration
