Part of the Cratis/AI#256 corpus retirement and the team-repository AI adoption (scenario).

What changes

  • Commits the Cratis AI contract: .cratis/PROJECT.md (canonical project context), .cratis/ai.json (subscription: cratis/documentation, cratis/engineering/core), and the minimal AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md / GEMINI.md bootstraps.
  • Removes the synchronized .ai/ corpus, the .claude/ and .github Copilot adapters, and the generated .pi adapters. Nothing unique was lost: general content lives in Cratis/AI (staged for authoring where it had no home yet), and repository-specific content moved into .cratis/PROJECT.md / .agents/.
  • Removes the sync-copilot-instructions and propagate-copilot-instructions workflows; the synchronization system is retired from Cratis/Workflows as well.

For contributors

Install the Cratis plugin for your harness once (Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Pi are installable today — see the harness guide) and this repository's subscribed profiles load automatically. General improvements are proposed in Cratis/AI; repository facts belong in .cratis/PROJECT.md; AI session work records stay in the untracked .ai-work/ folder.

Rollback is reverting this pull request.

Replace the synchronized .ai corpus and its generated tool adapters with the
Cratis AI subscription contract:

- .cratis/PROJECT.md — the canonical project context
- .cratis/ai.json — the profile subscription: cratis/documentation plus the
  applicable cratis/engineering cells
- AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, and GEMINI.md — minimal bootstraps pointing at the
  project context, nothing else
- removed .ai/, .claude/, the .github Copilot adapters, and the generated
.pi adapters; repository-local skills keep living under .agents/
- removed the sync/propagate Copilot-instruction workflows, retired with the
  synchronization system in Cratis/Workflows

Shared skills arrive through the Cratis AI marketplace plugins; general
improvements are proposed in Cratis/AI (see .cratis/PROJECT.md). Part of the
Cratis/AI#256 corpus retirement.
