There is a modern version: angusforbes/poetry-chains, a 2026 port to current three.js with Slug GPU text, running entirely in the browser, with live parameters and a scrubbable timeline. Watch it at angusforbes.github.io/poetry-chains. This repository is kept as the archive of the 2015 original (CoffeeScript front end, Java corpus engine).
Poetry Chains was featured in the Hybridity and Synesthesia show at Lydgalleriet in Bergen, Norway, as part of Electronic Literature Organization 2015.
