This executes and completes the BIT late-binding construction proposed in Dugongue's PR5665. Conditional ordinary BIT saving is 0.003505778525569, +0.000007973946050 (about 0.227970%) over the completed PR5667. This is a component theorem under retained framework assumptions, not a whole multiplication kappa claim.
The nine literal source cuts remove 324 paid queries in the full eighteen-call word and debit all 162 retired rank-eight targets. Exact replay retains 11,004 independent originals, clears all 48 owned fields, and binds 56,223 queries to actual chronological source descriptors. The 443,094-event stream, 2,529 owned payload episodes, physical main controller, matcher fees and positive precision bound pass a separate adjoint/stream checker.
Both independent domain scans cover every retained helper before and after installation. The initial 423 helpers have nine positive cuts, 413 negative cuts and one outside the stated first-read model. The resulting 414-helper word has no further positive step in that model. A rational proof excludes every negative cut for 0<C<.01. This does not exclude block binding or changed continuations.
Two rational-series engines certify the raw crossing in (.00350577852560,.00350577852564). Fresh strict compiler, stock, cover and five acyclic ordinary levels give the displayed saving within 7.1e-14 of that upper bound. The strict-margin theorem also approaches this invoice's crossing with finite parameters. No claim of global optimality or attainment of the crossing is made.
Proof and scope, complete cut census, global evidence, ordinary certificate, separate evidence, and replay instructions.
Registered Python 3.12 normal and optimized replay, all 69 committed-file checks, official export integrity and a fresh Git-free optimized replay pass. Missing bindings, dirty entry, owned return, stale source epoch and lost target debit reject. Frozen input hashes are checked before use. Full-history ancestry preflight is unavailable in this shallow checkout. Hosted CI remains separate from this scientific replay.
The native all-width, ROW/spectator, mixed-target compiler, ordinary normalizer/backend, owned-stock, precision/fixed-tape and analytic premises remain. The enormous uniform word and rounded multiplier are not executed. A compatible Gaussian supplier and complete outer assembly remain open. Discussion5600 owns the distinct P104 deferred-input construction. Selected .00310045 is unchanged.
Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. Credit Dugongue for the theorem and source cuts, ai-nanachi PR5512, Ali Romman PR5421/5653/5662/5667, and every retained native/controller/compiler contributor in NOTICE.md. The new contribution is source-bound execution, the exhausted bounded model, complete caller integration and fresh ordinary admission.
