Construct a strictly cheaper actual restricted-C Gaussian supplier by collapsing the complete coframe fibres of auxiliary lines 59 and 60. The original 56 A / 56 C main interface, both orientations and all 408 independent helpers remain available. The complete new paid profile is {1:1810,2:523,3:418,4:139,6:12,7:8}; the complete productive profile is {3:26,4:2,7:12,8:368}. Literal source incidence lists and exact changed transitions are provided. Every added rank-six child, phase and changed productive target is charged.

Prove a complete local signed-moment gain greater than 74 C for every 0 < C <= 0.00351, using elementary logarithm and rational inequalities. Whole-word plain transposition and an ordinary main-bank swap give an actual 56 A / 56 B supplier at the same price. Against the retained quotient-B supplier its complete signed gain exceeds 39/5 throughout that interval. The transpose proof includes arbitrary dirty owned entries, destructive clears and canonical helper normalizers.

For an explicitly supplied compatible complete caller, literal substitution preserves its exact main map and gives the sum of these full local gains. The C-only replacement also transports the stated higher-moment guards to gamma < 49/50 and a strictly improved delta; all new jobs and target upgrades enter that proof. Further notes give the ordinary decoder for the dimension-specialized centre-free source and a fully charged uniform-interface construction. A further complete two-call B / signed-C consumer produces 224 independent rank-fifteen main Gaussian jobs and both full helper banks. Its full predecessor-relative gain exceeds 148 C on the same interval. Complete paid/productive lists are supplied, without claiming that its absolute moment is positive. These constructions are distinguished from a funded complete caller.

This does not yet close whole Gaussian funding or prove whole multiplication kappa >= 0.0035. The retained conditional BIT saving 0.003503 is unchanged. No selected-frontier change is requested. No old physical histogram is silently reused after changing a whole source specialization.

Eight informal mathematical documents. Start with coframes.md Section 7, then profile-and-tails.md, transpose.md and dual-transfer.md. assembly.md states exact composition and scope. Separate informal reviews cover the actual source incidences, transpose construction and analytical inequalities. No mathematical computation, numerical pricing, source replay, solver, Lean run, web search or remote refresh was performed. Offline canonical pin: 5e0052c. No worldwide novelty or latest remote priority is inferred from this offline comparison.

Credit the native-dual-suppliers restriction/quotient constructions; Cao Yifan PR4610; DaysSky; Cinna Davis's SOURCE/ROW/controller lineage; Nick Petalas; Ryanson Jonathan; zxv; Jacob Alan Sussman; Dugongue's earlier endpoint/frame work; and all native Clifford, scalar-phase, matching, ownership, compiler, precision, stock and analytic notices. The unchanged BIT checkpoint retains ai-nanachi PR5512, Ali Romman PR5421, compact436/PR4326 and PR4760/PR4814, DreamingOfClouds PR589, eumemic PR555 and rohanarun PR185/PR199/PR204, plus earlier deferred-input, snapshot and refinement proofs. Narrower construction credits appear in the notes.

Substantial OpenAI Codex assistance from one coordinator and three workers. New text is Apache-2.0. Only research/restricted-gaussian-coframe-improvement is added.
