Change and mathematical scope

This adds a standalone independent check of the fixed causal and typed-contact premises behind Ali Romman's PR5713, using the exact original PR5684 input. It scans all 25,451 events, emits the complete 23-entry ledger, and checks every prescribed prospective contact of field 715, including retained destination additions. It supplies no new construction, native-provider admission, complete price validation or κ gain.

The actual write to field 340 at event 11202 is nonblocking provenance. The required stability interval is [14654,14983), fixed before execution and satisfied by the source. This clarifies stronger no-write wording without alleging an identity defect.

Task and overlap

Task p104-side-correction, refined to pr5713/original5684/fixed715/causal-ledger-and-all-prospective-contacts; the complete original catalogue card is retained. Canonical base is df0137efd35e11b4445734bf612bdd4c7ebc330c. PR5713 is pinned at a5348f7143f95fe0046b92b96172e30763c7d731; original PR5684 at d0f6fa2555410a1e23fe4191424c2097ab3d5d97. The retained WORD is authenticated by length, SHA256 and Git blob before decoding. Implementation head is 7f94d31659b6ccbbdd302588f5bddc94e0f01941.

This independent source/contact certificate complements the author's endpoint checks and PR5717's caller/owned-lifetime audit. It does not repeat the author's 771 single-visit or 214 joint-visit discovery screens. Later PR5718 claims conditional κ .00311024570 using different helper boundary bases. This package does not validate that successor: its changed basis, event indices and owned labels prevent automatic transfer of this fixed certificate.

The branch retains the identical PR5703 documentation repair as a dependency, rather than introducing another shared CI change. Frozen predecessor packages and selected-result metadata are unchanged.

Direct normal and explicit -O runs passed with the same complete 17-field scientific projection, SHA256 8ad201fe2ce3ebcbb0a081774790fd4511d3ecce1b5b5c1cee3dd9bde033895c. All twelve labelled synthetic controls passed, including predecode custody rejection, hidden reads, owned continuity, a prospective-only invalid contact, unknown semantics, minimal stability and receipt validation. Negative controls must reach their exact intended predicate and site; rejection of a sufficient premise is not an actual identity counterexample. No assert-only acceptance is used.

The three portable phases took approximately 0.504, 0.705 and 1.107 seconds under serial 45/45/60-second and 512-MiB caps. Separate static review checked the recorded complete outputs, bindings and hashes without rerunning source science. Public runtime summaries are explicitly derived/privacy-filtered, with original hashes retained; sampled RSS is not an exact peak.

Final package metadata and all 27 committed payload files/source-history checks pass at the implementation head. The official export integrity check passes. One separately registered optimized replay also passed from the Git-free, read-only export with empty PATH and all 28 exported files unchanged, reproducing the full scientific projection. Local global replay planning remained incomplete because unrelated historical manifest blobs are absent from this local Git cache; no local planning pass is claimed. Hosted CI is pending.

Open next questions

The package README and TASK identify the remaining emitted-word, native absolute-phase/all-width, full endpoint/owned-erasure, caller and complete-cost/compiler/outer obligations. The five inherited framework assumptions remain. A successor audit must first rebind its actual basis, event and ownership changes; this certificate supplies neither that transfer nor a new κ. The current handoff releases this bounded audit scope; further work by this team is paused.
